Residential renovations across Sydney for private clients and architects. Whole-home reconfigurations, additions and heritage-aware works — mid-market through high-end.
Good renovations come down to two things. First, properly understanding the existing building before you change it — what's structural, what's services, what's finish, and where the unknowns are. Second, executing the new work to a standard that holds up to close inspection: square joinery, level floors, clean tiling, finished detailing.
We renovate from the mid-market through to the higher end, working directly with private clients and through architects. We are deliberate at the front of a project so the back of the project is clean — minimal variations, no surprises in the last fortnight.
What we deliver across a typical renovation contract — full builder's responsibility from demolition through handover, including coordination of all consultants and trades.
Full reconfiguration of layout, structure, services and finishes. Living, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms — usually with the family relocated for the duration of works.
Ground-floor extensions and second-storey additions. Structural integration with the existing building, energy compliance, internal connections.
Sensitive work in heritage-listed and period buildings. Repair where possible, replicate where necessary, document everything for council and heritage approvals.
Standalone wet-area renovations as part of larger projects. Tiling, joinery, plumbing, waterproofing — built to last 20 years, not five.
Stone, timber, steel-framed glazing, custom joinery and feature lighting. Coordinated with specialist trades and procured early enough not to delay the programme.
Alfresco areas, decks, outdoor kitchens and pool surrounds. Integrated with the renovation works rather than tacked on at the end.
Most renovations sit in one of two relationship structures. We work in both.
Homeowners commissioning a renovation directly. We can engage from concept stage onwards, recommending a designer or architect if needed, or delivering against drawings already prepared.
Where the architect leads the relationship with the homeowner and we deliver against documented design intent. Clean handover from design to construction, transparent variations, design integrity protected through the build.
Multi-stage projects and repeat work. We're set up to deliver in phases — staging the home around occupation, returning later for outdoor or detailed works, or moving across to a second property.
